At Timeless Touch by Sandy, we aim to provide a high level of customer satisfaction with every treatment. Please read the following Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
No Refunds After 14 Days:

Timeless Touch by Sandy operates a strict no-refund policy after 14 days from the date of purchase. This applies to all services and treatment packages, even if treatment has not commenced.

Refunds may only be considered within the 14-day window, and only if no treatments have been provided.
Refunds for Medical Reasons:

If a client is deemed medically unsuitable for treatment, we may offer a refund, provided that the client notifies us within 14 days of learning about the medical condition.

Treatment must not have commenced for a refund to be issued.
Pregnancy:

If a client becomes pregnant during the course of treatment, we will extend the validity of their treatment package for an additional 24 months at no extra charge.

Clients must inform us as soon as they learn of their pregnancy for the extension to be applied.
Prepayment Requirement:

All services must be paid in full before the appointment. We accept major credit/debit cards and cash payments.

Please note, we do not accept cheques.
Treatment Course Expiry:

All treatment course purchases are subject to expiry periods. Clients must complete their treatments within the designated time frame.

Expired courses cannot be extended or reactivated, and no refund will be issued for unused treatments.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:

24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in the session being deducted from your treatment package or a late cancellation fee.
Post-Treatment Care and Responsibility:

Clients are required to follow post-treatment care instructions provided by Timeless Touch by Sandy.

Clients who fail to adhere to post-treatment care instructions assume the risk of adverse effects, and we will not be liable for any resulting issues.

Burns, irritation, and redness may occur post-treatment. If any adverse symptoms arise, please contact us immediately for advice.
Complaints Process:

If you are dissatisfied with your treatment or service, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues and improving our service. Complaints should be made in writing via email at timelesstouchbysandy@hotmail.com or by calling 07939 888 272.

We aim to respond to all complaints within 7-10 working days.
Exceptions:

In rare cases, refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis, subject to management’s discretion and approval.
