Terms of Service

By booking services with Timeless Touch by Sandy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment Policy:

• All services must be paid for in full prior to the appointment. We accept major credit/debit cards and cash.

• No Refunds are provided after 14 days of purchase, unless no services have been rendered.

Treatment Packages & Expiry:

• Purchased treatment courses must be completed within a set time frame. Expired courses cannot be extended or refunded.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a fee or loss of the session.

Liability:

• Clients must ensure they provide accurate medical information. We will not be held liable for any complications arising from failure to disclose relevant medical details.

• Post-treatment care instructions must be followed to avoid potential side effects. Timeless Touch by Sandy is not liable for any adverse reactions following treatments if instructions are not followed.

Health & Safety:

• If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, please notify us before booking any treatments. We may require a doctor’s note for certain treatments.

• Clients must follow any pre-treatment guidelines provided.

Changes to Terms:

• We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or directly.
